By car

A well-developed motorway network makes travelling to Burgundy convenient. From Basel, you can reach Flavigny in 3–3.5 hours. In France, most motorways are subject to tolls. The current cost for a car is approximately €40 (total for the round trip) and can be paid directly at the toll stations in cash or by credit card.

By train

In France, the TGV is a fast and comfortable way to travel, and the nearest TGV stations are Montbard and Dijon, 15 km away. The regular regional train stops at Les Laumes – Alésia, 5 km away. We offer free shuttles to and from the station.

By plane

Basel/Mulhouse Euroairport, Paris airports and Lyon airport can be reached by regular scheduled flights at attractive fares. Rental cars are available at these airports.

Small aircraft can fly to Semur-en-Auxois airfield (LFGQ), 13 km away. We offer free shuttles to/from the airfield.
