living rooms

The Aumônerie is a place to arrive and linger. Each room invites you in its own way to find peace, enjoy yourself or be creative – whether indoors or outdoors. Stylish furnishings, thoughtful details and a harmonious ambience create spaces where you can consciously experience time.

lounge

The lounge is the heart of the Aumônerie; a place for people to come together—for shared meals, conversations, game nights, and making music.

fireplace room

The fireplace room is connected to the lounge, yet deliberately separate. A space for quiet evenings, for moments of focus and for conscious relaxation – close to the action, yet pleasantly secluded.

library

Tall shelves filled with an extensive collection of German literature for all interests and ages. There is also a section dedicated to English literature. The library is not a museum, but a living place – for curious readers, for long afternoons, for evenings by the fireplace. A space that preserves knowledge and at the same time allows new stories to emerge.

chapel

The chapel is not a traditional church interior, but its height, ornate window and old cross are reminiscent of one. The bright room with an open fireplace, large table and seating is ideal for quiet work and creative pursuits, as well as for shared meals or games. Daylight, direct access to the sun terrace and a small library with the oldest books in the house complete the room.

sun terrace

The sun terrace at the Aumônerie is a peaceful retreat – completely away from the hustle and bustle. From here, you can look out over a lovingly tended garden and the rear of the historic aniseed factory.

In the evening, the terrace takes on a special atmosphere: fascinating sunsets can be observed here time and time again.
